Navigating the complexities of New York City administrative law.

Our founding attorney Bruce M. Gomez defends clients who have been issued summonses throughout the five boroughs and counsels clients regarding the often challenging compliance requirements of New York City agencies such as the Department of Buildings (“DOB”).

Prior to forming his practice, Mr. Gomez was a prosecuting attorney for the DOB’s Administrative Enforcement Unit (“AEU”). As a member of AEU and now as an attorney advocating on behalf of respondents, Mr. Gomez has handled thousands of summonses before the OATH tribunal.
